Online Coaching: Work With Me!
(Are you local? Let me know when you book your consult, and I'll fill you in on in-person coaching!)
You've tried so many fitness programs and diets, but nothing seems to stick. Or maybe you haven't even tried one yet because you're overwhelmed by all the noise on the apps and social media. Either way, I'm your coach.
Loki Fit offers four coaching packages for individuals:

- Nutrition Coaching Comprehensive
- Training & Coaching Combo
- Asynchronous Coaching
one-off sessions:
and a corporate employee coaching program:

It's true that there's no shortage of fitness and nutrition programs. The problem is, most of them are so generalized or presumptive that they're all but useless for real people with unique restraints, demands, and priorities.
The solution feels like a program—as in you know exactly what to expect, there are lots of checkpoints and processes for you to work through—but is completely tailored to your unique goals and requirements. By a real person, not a chatbot.

FAQ
Why would I hire you when I could just ask ChatGPT?
Great question! Chatbots can be a huge help with general fitness inquiries, but they are far from infallible. Unless you have a background in fitness, how will you identify wrong or even dangerous misinformation?
Chatbots also fall short when it comes to correct form, especially in strength training. A trainer, on the other hand, can walk you through how to do the exercise, recommend adjustments or modifications based on what they see, and show you in person while directly answering your questions. This works for both in-person and virtual training.
What makes you different from other trainers I've tried?
I can't say for sure, of course (but we could discuss specifics in a free consult), since I don't know who you've worked with, but here are a few things I feel set me apart:
- I didn't grow up doing sports/fitness. I discovered my love of movement (yoga, then strength training) in my late 20s. As a result, I remember clearly what it was like to be new to a gym, unfamiliar with exercise names, and other things that often aren't relatable for atheletes-turned-trainers.
- I believe fitness should be fun. That means I will go to the ends of the earth to find you a workout style you actually enjoy. Yes, even if that means never setting foot in a gym.
- I build programs around rest and other non-negotiables (vacations, child care, etc). If you want a trainer who will force you to put training first, I'm probably not the one for you. I work with busy people who want to make fitness fit in their lives.
How qualified are you?
I've been teaching fitness in some capacity since 2018, and I have a variety of certifications:
- Certified Personal Trainer (ACE Fitness)
- Group Fitness Instructor (Alberta Fitness)
- Certified Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition Level 1)
- Yoga Teacher (YTT 200-hr)
I read and write about fitness a lot, which means that in addition to my training, I excel at explaining concepts, modifying on the fly, and prioritizing the comfort of my client above all else.
